Nagasaki International University held its annual student tea ceremony event this evening with students performing for members of the NIU and local community. Tea ceremony is a vital part of NIU's founding principles, which celebrate the spirit of hospitality. All NIU students are able to take classes in the Nagasaki Chin Shin Ryu style of tea ceremony and gain official certification as they progress. Today was a chance for third-year students to share what they have learned over the past two and a half years. Thank you to everyone who came and supported our students.
